Contract questions

Do I need all the measurements to start?

No. You can submit an initial project brief before dimensions are available. Select whether your team will provide measurements or you need Safra measurement support. Manufacturing dimensions must be confirmed before production.

Can I request more than one product category?

Yes. The project form lets you combine window treatments, outdoor shade and furnishings in one request. Each category’s specifications, availability and schedule are reviewed for your project.

What should I attach to the request?

Share the plans, window schedule or reference images you already have. The form accepts up to three files totaling 10 MB, or a link Safra can access. Add the project location, approximate quantities and target dates.

Is submitting the form a confirmed order?

The form sends a request for review. Scope, measurements, selections, prices, delivery dates and commercial conditions are confirmed in the project proposal before proceeding.
